Our Day 2 trip to Grenenwich is by the Dockland Light Railway "DLR". We need to take the tube to Banks Station and transfer to the DLR which will take us direct to Cutty Sark Station through Poplar and the Isle of Dogs.

Cutty Sark Station is in the Grenwich township and we walk down the College Approach to the Old Royal Naval College ( 1 ) Cutty Sark Gates'

We then visit the National Maritme Museum ( 2 ) and the Queens House( 3 ). We then go back to Romney Road, cross King Williams Walk into Nelson Road and cross over Greenwich Churh Street to entre St Alfege Church ( 4 ).

After lunch we return to the Greenwich Pier for a Thames River Service's cruise down the Thames to inspect the Thames Barrier ( 5 ). Upon return to Greenwich Pier we return to Cutty Sark DRL Station to travel to Greenwich North Tube station changing at Canery Wharf Station. Here we inspect the O2 Arena and take a return ride on the Emirates Air cable cars.

We then take the tube back to London Bridge Station from North Greenwich Station
